All project timelines, deliverables, and final costs will be decided after the final document provided by the client.

1.3 Payments

Payment Conditions: Full payment Advance

All the payment will be obtained by bank transfer, cheque, RTGS, electronic transfer only. The customer will pay the Amount.

If your payment will pending then service will discontinue without any notice.

After completing full & final payment by you. Then after you will use the project/service.

1.4 Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide:

Payment Conditions: Full payment Advance

Required content, data, materials and final development documents on time

Access to servers or hosting (if applicable)

After providing final documents, we will start development.

Delays from the client’s side may extend project timelines.

1.5 Intellectual Property

All final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment.

Source code ownership depends on the project agreement.

1.6 Third-Party Services

A. Third Party charges will be extra. The customer will pay.

B. We will never communicate with any third party. Customers will communicate with third parties.

C. We are not responsible for any third party credentials.

D. We may use third-party tools (APIs, plugins, paid services).

Licensing or subscription fees, if required, will be borne by the client.

1.8. Termination

We may terminate the project if:

Client violates the agreement, Payment Pending, Client not responding, Client Expect more.

The amount will not be refunded in any case either project canceled by you or us.

Client is liable for full and final pay any case either project canceled by you or us.

1.9 Domain & Hosting :-

A. Domain & Hosting Charges will be extra if you buy with us.

B. You have to agree with the terms & conditions of third party services.

C. We are not responsible for third party services.

D. We are not responsible for your data backup, you are responsible for your data.

1.10 Updation, up gradation, Maintenance and Support :-

A. Updation, up gradation, Maintenance and Support All are chargeable customers will pay.

1.11 PROJECT RELATED TO GOVERNMENT

A. We will not be responsible for any kind of Data, Development Features, Development Architecture, Any Third Parties services, Any Documents, and Copyrights.

1.12 Handover & Delivery :-

A. If there is no response by you after installation of software then we will consider it as completed.

B. software installation is completed, it means handover to you.

C. If there are any changes/developments raised by you then it will be chargeable.

D. We will provide only L1 support for 1 month.

1.13 Deployment :-

A. The service will be provided by us only one time.

B. If there is a Third-Party service/server then the customer will be responsible for server setup & maintenance.

C. The license required for the server/services must be provided by the customer.

D. Final Payment paid from your side then we will start the deployment process.

1.14 Training :-

A. We will provide training to one of your responsible people.

B. If training needs to be provided next time then it will be chargeable.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility

The amount will not be refunded in any case either if the project is canceled or postponed by you or us.
